1H AND 15MIN. OF IN-PERSON CLASS

This is a 9-weeks program based on a full-body-workout using principles of Pilates, Floor-Barre, Horton technique and other dance techniques and applied to LATIN DANCE techniques, specially made to train your body. Because, DANCE IS PHYSICAL!

 

✅  60 MIN. OF FULL-BODY DANCERS WORKOUT

- Increasing flexibility of your CORE

- Building LONGER, leaner MUSCLES

- Increasing movement in the SPINE

- Improving your dance POSTURE

- Strengthening your BACK

- Improving your technique that will let your dance LOOK much BETTER

- Working on SPLITS

 

✅ We added 15 min. to work on tone up your ABS, GLUTES, INNER & OUTER THIGHS, SHOULDERS & ARMS
