Strength & Flexibility class for dancers
The class:
1 hour of full-body-workout using principles of Pilates, Floor-Barre, Horton technique and other dance techniques and applied to LATIN DANCE techniques. We’re gonna work on:
- Increasing flexibility of your CORE
- Building LONGER, leaner MUSCLES
- Increasing movement in the SPINE
- Improving your dance POSTURE
- Strengthening your BACK
- Improving your technique that will let your dance LOOK much BETTER
+ 20 minutes extra of interval training based on dancers exercises focusing on inner & outer thighs and glutes! Join the challenge!
