This is a weekly class based on a full-body-workout using principles of Pilates, Floor-Barre, Horton technique and other dance techniques and applied to LATIN DANCE techniques.
We’re gonna work on:
- Increasing flexibility of your CORE
- Building LONGER, leaner MUSCLES
- Increasing movement in the SPINE
- Improving your dance POSTURE
- Strengthening your BACK
- Improving your technique that will let your dance LOOK much BETTER
- Working on SPLITS
