8-weeks Strength & Flexibility challenge for Latin Dancers

 

 

1H AND 15MIN. OF INTERACTIVE LIVE CLASS

This is a 8-weeks program based on a full-body-workout using principles of Pilates, Floor-Barre, Horton technique and other dance techniques and applied to LATIN DANCE techniques.

 

✅We’re gonna work on:

- Increasing flexibility of your CORE

- Building LONGER, leaner MUSCLES

- Increasing movement in the SPINE

- Improving your dance POSTURE

- Strengthening your BACK

- Improving your technique that will let your dance LOOK much BETTER

- Working on SPLITS

 

✅We added 15 min. to work on ABS by popular demand.


 

 

 

We start on Sunday, November 8th. This first class is for free!
